What is the purpose of the Shows Committee?

 The purpose of the Lodge Shows Committee, is two-fold. Firstly, to support the Lodge's program by offering exciting and innovative shows and campfires at Lodge events, using modern technology to help share Scouting's timeless messages. And second, to offer to Arrowmen the opportunity to learn skills such as filming, editing, live audio and video, stage lighting, and more. It also offers Arrowmen the opportunity to oversee project management and completion, and to be creative in coming up with program for future shows. The Shows Committee is responsible for putting on shows at Spring Pow-Wow, Fall Fellowship, assisting with program at Winter Banquet, and assisting with technical aspects of opening and closing campfires at Camp Sidney Dew Summer Camp.

Is any experience required?

Absolutely not! We can teach you everything you need to know to help us put on an exciting show. Whether you're interested in live audio, live video, stage lighting, video editing and production, logistics, or creative aspects of our team, we would love to hear from you!
